Over the past few years Inspire has worked closely with FMG as they’ve re-designed their learning and development approach for frontline roles.

Late last year, their focus turned to redeveloping their 6 week frontline induction programme. They felt the best approach was to have Instructional Design expertise onsite working closely with the Project Team and subject matter experts to design and develop new training.

Associate, Trish, joined the team for three months to help design and develop some new induction materials. Trish helped the team to develop some top quality training materials that are helping to create an effective induction programme for FMG’s new frontline employees.

Then FMG needed an additional Instructional Designer to help develop learning for a specific phase of their overall learning programme. Again, on-site resource was preferred so Associate, Perina, joined the team, where she’s been developing blended learning in conjunction with the business needs.

Victoria Raeburn of FMG has made the following comment:

Our experience with Inspire Assist has been easy and invaluable. The project we’re working on is focused on developing a learning and development framework and training for our frontline roles. This has required a dedicated team of Instructional Designers, working to tight deadlines, with changing priorities. Using Inspire Assist has enabled us to do that. Their flexibility in providing the resourcing we need, when we need it has meant that we have been able to deliver first class training to the business.
