This nationwide energy company had a nationwide systems implementation that required all hands on deck when it came to developing the training for all staff.

Inspire Assist was asked to provide people to develop documentation and training for this project, as well as support the trainers while the project progressed. We were only too pleased to lend a hand – several actually!

Over the next 12 months five Inspire Associates, Lynne, Bel, Jono, Tawny, and Tracey joined the team and became integral to the creation of the documentation and training. In fact, we were told that our Training Administrator, Tracey, was the best they’d ever had!

In addition, as part of the system implementation this organisation deployed many of their trainers to deliver the training around the country. This meant that the Contact Centre was without their trainers for a period of time.

So we provided Associate, Simon, an awesome facilitator, to get up to speed on the training requirements then train new entrants on the organisation and the systems. He worked on an ad hoc basis so the client didn’t need to worry about whether in-house trainers were available.
